When you’re ready to check out, click the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner, or click “Cart” in the main menu. Once you’re satisfied with what’s in your cart, click the “Checkout” button. Next, follow the step by step checkout process.
Creating an account is not necessary to complete your order, but you have the option to create one to help make subsequent purchases and checkout faster. You just need to click on “My Account” in the upper right corner, then provide your email address and a password.
When you checkout, you will need to enter your name, billing and shipping addresses and payment information. If you’ve created an account, this information will be saved for future purchases.
Wholesale discounts do not apply to CareNotes assortments or display racks. Other promotional discounts do not apply to wholesale accounts. Wholesale discount does apply to clearance items.
You will typically receive 2 or possibly 3 emails referencing your order. The first will confirm that your web order has been received. The second will confirm that the order has cleared final processing and is shipping. Depending on when you order, this email could take anywhere from a few minutes to a day or two. You may also receive a third email from the credit card processing company confirming your charge.
Orders placed in the evening hours will be processed the following morning, and orders placed on Friday afternoon will get processed the following Monday.

Scope of Use of CareNotes Content. Upon your purchase of CareNotes Digital Content and payment of any applicable fees (including applicable taxes), the Content Provider grants you a non-exclusive right to view, use, and display such CareNotes Digital Content, solely through CareNotes Software or as otherwise permitted as part of the Service, solely on the number of Supported Devices specified in the CareNotes Store (currently three (3)), and solely for your personal, non-commercial use. CareNotes Digital Content is licensed, not sold, to you by the Content Provider. The Content Provider may include additional terms for use within its CareNotes Digital Content. Those terms will also apply, but this Agreement will govern in the event of a conflict.
CareNotes Availability. When you purchase CareNotes Digital Content, you are getting access to the content for at least thirty (30) days. At any time thereafter, your access to the CareNotes Digital Content may be terminated if we or the Content Provider discontinue this Service.
Limitations. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, you may not sell, share, rent, lease, print, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, broadcast, sublicense, or otherwise assign any rights to the CareNotes Digital Content or any portion of it to any third party, and you may not remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels on the CareNotes Digital Content. In addition, you may not attempt to bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any digital rights management system or other content protection or features used as part of the Service.
CareNotes Returns. CareNotes Digital Content purchases cannot be returned after the purchase has occurred.
“Content Provider” means the party offering CareNotes Digital Content in the CareNotes Store, which may be us or a third party.
“Service” means access to digital content provided in the CareNotes Store.
Subscription and Distribution to CareNotes Digital Content. Upon executing the order form and payment of the applicable fees, you are purchasing a license to access and distribute access to the CareNotes Digital Content to your audience. Your access is limited to the number of titles and the number of concurrent Supported Devices specified in the order form. The Content Provider hereby grants you a non-exclusive right to view, use and display such CareNotes Digital Content during the term solely through CareNotes Software or as otherwise permitted as part of the Service, solely on the number of Supported Devices, and solely for use by your audience. You may not charge your audience fees for access to the CareNotes Digital Content.
The Content Provider may include additional terms for use within its CareNotes Digital Content. Those terms will also apply, but this Agreement will govern in the event of a conflict.

We reserve the right to change CareNote Digital Subscription terms and fees from time to time, effective as of the beginning of the next subscription term.
