When you purchase a digital CareNote, you will receive two email notifications:
- Order Confirmation: The first email confirms your order has been received and will have the subject line: “Your CareNotes order has been received!”
- Access to Your Digital CareNotes: The second email, titled “Your Digital CareNotes”, will contain a link to the CareNote(s) you purchased. This email includes an access code that directs you to a landing page where you can view the digital CareNotes. Simply click on each title to access it.
Please note:
- Digital CareNotes cannot be printed or downloaded.
- You can access your digital CareNotes on up to three devices/browsers.
- If you lose your access link, contact us, and we’ll resend your access code.
