Getting to Know Us!

Here at CareNotes, we are blessed with the best staff!

If you call in to place an order or with questions, you may have had the pleasure of talking with our team.

We’d like to take the opportunity to introduce you to each of our employees so you can connect a face with a name the next time you give us a call, and maybe learn a little about what makes us who we are along the way!

Introducing… Cori Wilson

What do you do at CareNotes? Customer Service, Accounting, and I am responsible for the foreign trade publications and royalties.

How long have you worked for CareNotes/Saint Meinrad Archabbey? 2 ½ years

What do you like most about your job? I really enjoy the small office we work in, but the customer interactions are my high point of the day.  It is just amazing to hear how CareNotes have impacted lives!

What is your favorite CareNote? Finding Ways to Celebrate Special Days After Loss  – this CareNote really hits home for me after my mom’s passing.  It is a reminder to me to celebrate her and her traditions.

What is your favorite work memory? We used to have an office cat named Benedict, he was often mischievous!

What is something that recently made you smile?  My daughter just graduated high school – it was amazing to see that milestone.

How do you like to spend your time outside of work? Hobbies? We love to travel, go to concerts, kayak, having family gatherings, and as a family we have been doing random charity work for years.

What three words would your friends use to describe you? Kind, thoughtful, spontaneous.

Do you have a go-to karaoke song? I’m definitely NOT a public singer, but I sure can belt out tunes in the car!!  I tend to lean toward 80’s music.

It’s food day in the office – what’s your favorite dish to make? Anything sweet.

Do you have a favorite Scripture verse or quote? “If you’re always trying to be normal you will never know how amazing you can be.”   ~ Maya Angelou

Name one thing that makes you unique. I’m super sentimental.  I purchased my grandparents old home, and I have so many keepsakes. My grandmother always said I was an old soul, because I cherish memories more than anything else in this world.
